These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 777cw (referred to herein as "777cw", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your use of the 777cw website, platform, mobile interface and all associated services (collectively the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Platform.

777cw operates an online sports betting and casino entertainment service. We provide information, tools and content to support informed and responsible play. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions constitutes a guarantee of winnings or a representation that gambling is profitable.

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an Account on 777cw, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction or as specified by the operator's licence conditions.
2. You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated accounts and proxy registrations are not permitted.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited or in which access to this Platform is unlawful.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be a current employee, director, officer or close family member of an employee of 777cw or its affiliated entities.
6. You must not already hold an active or previously self-excluded Account on the Platform.
7. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep that information updated throughout your use of the Platform.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any given time. Creating duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 777cw will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own negligence or disclosure of credentials.

You must notify 777cw support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure.

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees or fund-return procedures, are governed by the operator's current published schedule, which supersedes any illustrative figure in this document.

777cw processes deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods. Payment method references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT — are provided for context as options familiar to Pakistani users and do not imply any endorsement or affiliation by those providers. Actual availability of specific payment methods is determined by the operator's current payment agreements and may change at any time.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

All bets placed on the 777cw sportsbook are subject to the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific rules published within the Platform:

• A bet is confirmed only when the Platform issues an explicit confirmation. Unconfirmed bets do not constitute valid wagers.
• Odds are correct at the time a bet is accepted. In-play odds fluctuate continuously; the odds locked at acceptance are those that apply to the settled outcome.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — such as odds materially inconsistent with the true market — 777cw reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake to the User's account balance.
• Match abandonment, postponement and cancellation policies are sport-specific and published within the Platform's betting rules section.
• For Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournament fixtures — specific abandonment and Duckworth–Lewis rules apply and are published separately.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Accumulator and combination bet rules are governed by the sport-specific and general combination bet rules published on the Platform.

Casino games on the Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, instant-win titles, crash games and virtual sports — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible from within each game interface. The following general provisions also apply:

• RNG (Random Number Generator) outcomes are determined by certified game software. 777cw does not control or manipulate game outcomes.
• Displayed RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions void all game plays affected by the malfunction. In such circumstances, stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household and per device. Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• 777cw reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses credited as a result of a system error will be removed from the Account without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registration of more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC procedures.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other illicit financial activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Collusion with other users to fix match outcomes or manipulate game results.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where you do not meet local legal requirements.
• Abuse of customer support staff in any form.
• Any action intended to interfere with, disrupt or damage Platform infrastructure or the experience of other users.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents to complete verification:

• Government-issued photo identification (for example, Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (for example, front and back image of a debit card with the middle eight digits obscured, or a screenshot of a mobile wallet balance showing your registered name)
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes or patterns trigger enhanced due diligence requirements

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 777cw reserves the right to freeze account balances pending completion of required documentation where there is a reasonable compliance basis for doing so.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, errors, network interruptions or events outside 777cw's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a User's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or from the provision of inaccurate account information.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, images, logos, icons, audio clips and the 777cw brand identity — is the property of 777cw or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
• Copying, modifying, distributing or creating derivative works from Platform content without prior written consent.
• Scraping, data-mining or automated extraction of Platform data.
• Reverse engineering any aspect of the Platform software.

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed, as specified in the applicable gaming licence documentation.

Where international licensing is applicable, that jurisdiction's law governs this Agreement rather than Pakistani domestic law. This does not mean that Pakistani law is irrelevant — Users in Pakistan remain responsible for complying with applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any applicable provincial regulations.

777cw reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform or by email to your registered address, where practicable.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

If you do not accept the revised Terms and Conditions, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of available balance in accordance with the procedures set out herein.
